The Standard duty is 5/16 (compressed to 1/4" at the ends) and the Heavy Duty is 3/8" (compressed to 5/16" at the ends). This is the core adaptor for the STANDARD Northrock fish scaler.  http://www.cnn.com/ It attaches to the motor to drive the Northrock Standard core (drive cable).  It will not work on the Heavy Duty model.
